I earned my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Temple University in 2014. I am a pre-licensed counselor working under the supervision of licensed psychologist Chris Grundy (license #PS017993) in accordance with Pennsylvania law.
I have experience working with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ-related concerns, women's issues, HIV/AIDS-related concerns, and mindfulness-based psychotherapy.
I am aware of how deeply issues of ethnicity, race, culture, and sexual and gender identity can impact our lives, and I am especially interested in working with questions related to these aspects of personal identity.
I specialize in the following areas:
- Adult ADHD
- Young Adults
- College Students
- LGBTQ related concerns
- HIV/AIDS related concerns
- Women's issues
- Questions of personal identity such as gender, religion, and race.
