I deeply respect your life experiences and I am honored to walk with you during this part of your journey. Therapy is a collaborative effort, and although it may not feel like it right now, I believe that you are expert in your own life. My job as your counselor is not to impose an outside solution, but to use my training and experience to help you find the solutions that are most authentic to your life.
